Labour can be difficult to describe as it is different for every woman. It may help to understand what is happening to your body. The midwives are experienced in giving advice over the phone and welcome your call any time.

Health Professionals normally describe it as being in three stages. The first stage is normally the longest and can last from one hour to twenty hours.
